After registering, our team will conduct jobsite evaluations to assess the type of services needed at each residence/location. We will follow up with you at a later date to confirm the date/time of your jobsite evaluation. This year, evaluations will take place on Saturday, February 24th between 9:30am and 6:30pm. Please confirm your availability to have an evaluation completed on this date. *
If you are not available, our team can contact you to try finding a different day to complete this.

We will use this time frame to perform our on-site evaluation on the date you have selected.

This will not affect your eligibility to receive services.
Volunteers are not allowed to work around any animals while at their jobsite - dead or alive.

Information about the community service projects

Please read through the following statements of understanding in order to continue. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Bobcat Build via email at bobcatbuild@txstate.edu or phone at 512-245-4245 prior to completing this registration.

  1. Volunteers CANNOT complete tasks that require electric or gas-powered tools or work inside residents’ homes.
  2. Mulch, gravel, and paint must be provided by you or the jobsite owner. Bobcat Build only provides the labor and the following painting supplies: trays, brushes, rollers, and extensions.
  3. Bobcat Build is not responsible for the disposal of any waste or trash.
  4. There cannot be any animals on-site – dead or alive – while volunteers are working.
  5. Bobcat Build reserves the right to perform address and resident reviews prior to confirming your jobsite request.

I understand that I am the owner of this residence or have obtained approval from the owner of this jobsite concerning the above requested service(s). I also understand that this is only a request and all job requests will be reviewed by the Bobcat Build team prior to confirmation. A notification regarding my approval status will be given prior to April. *

  4. No puede haber animales en el lugar, vivos o muertos, mientras los voluntarios estén trabajando.
  5. Bobcat Build se reserva el derecho de realizar revisiones de direcciones y residentes antes de confirmar su solicitud de lugar de trabajo.
